If you are thinking of going to Aura spa in Mumbai, my suggestion - never go there. I have been to this around 3 times now thinking that I would get better service if i go there regularly. Forget even first time. You will not get satisfied here. The therapists standards are very poor even though they are from thailand. These people market only by keeping thai therapists. But, this is not of any use. They do not even know the therapy standards. I would suggest you not to waste your money with this spa, rather you can have nice experience in any other good spa around mumbai. I would suggest the management should improve the standard or better close down the business.
